電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)式(shi)觸摸屏(ping)內部由驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)極與接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)極組成,驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)極發(fa)出低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高頻信號投射(she)到接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)極形(xing)成穩定的電(dian)(dian)流,當人體(ti)接觸到電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)屏(ping)時,由于人體(ti)接地,手指(zhi)與電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)屏(ping)就形(xing)成一個等效(xiao)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)。
高頻信號(hao)可以(yi)(yi)通過這一等效電(dian)容(rong)流入地線,由(you)此接(jie)(jie)收(shou)(shou)端(duan)所接(jie)(jie)收(shou)(shou)的(de)電(dian)荷(he)量減(jian)小(xiao),而當(dang)手指(zhi)越靠近發射端(duan)時(shi),電(dian)荷(he)減(jian)小(xiao)越明顯(xian),最(zui)后根據接(jie)(jie)收(shou)(shou)端(duan)所接(jie)(jie)收(shou)(shou)的(de)電(dian)流強度來確(que)定所觸(chu)(chu)碰的(de)點。至(zhi)于多(duo)(duo)點觸(chu)(chu)控,簡(jian)單地說,就是將屏幕分(fen)塊,在每一個區(qu)域(yu)里的(de)每組互電(dian)容(rong)模塊都是獨立工(gong)作(zuo)的(de),所以(yi)(yi)電(dian)容(rong)屏就可以(yi)(yi)獨立檢測到各區(qu)域(yu)的(de)觸(chu)(chu)控情況,進行(xing)處理后,實現多(duo)(duo)點觸(chu)(chu)控。
勛瑞電(dian)容(rong)技術觸摸面(mian)板CTP(Capacity Touch Panel)是利用人(ren)體的(de)電(dian)流感應進行工作(zuo)的(de)。電(dian)容(rong)屏(ping)(ping)是一(yi)塊四層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)復合玻璃(li)屏(ping)(ping),玻璃(li)屏(ping)(ping)的(de)內(nei)表(biao)面(mian)和夾層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)各涂(tu)(tu)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)ITO(納米銦錫金屬氧(yang)化物),最(zui)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)是只有0.0015mm厚(hou)的(de)矽(xi)土玻璃(li)保護層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),夾層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)ITO涂(tu)(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)作(zuo)工作(zuo)面(mian),四個角(jiao)引出四個電(dian)極,內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)ITO為屏(ping)(ping)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)以(yi)保證工作(zuo)環境。
當(dang)用戶(hu)觸(chu)摸電(dian)(dian)(dian)容屏(ping)時(shi),由于人體電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),用戶(hu)手(shou)指和工(gong)作面(mian)形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)耦合電(dian)(dian)(dian)容,因為工(gong)作面(mian)上(shang)接有高頻信(xin)號,于是手(shou)指吸收走一(yi)個(ge)(ge)很小(xiao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),這個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)分別從屏(ping)的(de)四(si)個(ge)(ge)角(jiao)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)中流(liu)(liu)(liu)出,且理論(lun)上(shang)流(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)四(si)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)與手(shou)指頭到四(si)角(jiao)的(de)距(ju)離成(cheng)比例,控制(zhi)器通過對四(si)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)比例的(de)精(jing)密(mi)計算(suan),得出位置(zhi)。可以達到99%的(de)精(jing)確度,具備小(xiao)于3ms的(de)響應速度。
